It is your responsibility to provide accurate and relevant information to enable appropriate guidance
Home Visits

Home visits are available at an additional cost

Additional mileage charges may apply for locations beyond 25 miles of Harpenden (AL5 2JD)

Availability of home visits may vary
Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded

Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable
