Start With an Initial Consultation

Every family’s circumstances are different, which is why all support begins with a 60-minute initial consultation designed to help us understand your situation and identify how we may be able to support you. During your consultation, we will listen carefully to your circumstances, help you understand the processes involved, and explain the options and next steps available to you.

When making your booking, you will be asked to complete a booking form with as much information as possible regarding your circumstances and the support you are seeking. A member of our team will then contact you for a brief screening call to gather any additional details required ahead of your consultation.

Consultations can take place via telephone, video call or home visit, subject to availability. Please note that home visits may include additional charges.

We are able to support clients in the overwhelming majority of circumstances and would expect to be able to provide support and guidance in almost all cases. However, in the unlikely event that it is identified during the screening process that we are not the appropriate service to meet your needs, or are unable to provide the level of support required, you will be informed prior to the consultation and a full refund will be issued.

If you would prefer to make an enquiry before booking, you are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.
